ITO: pgp4pine. (supports GnuPG)

Main reason I am orphaning, is that I dont use pine anymore.

Excellent package, one or two bugs that I have been lazy about looking at..
apart from that, no problems.

It does support GnuPG, so It's worth keeping in the archive, if a developer
who uses pine would like to pick it up.
