Notice: Project Leader Elections

	It's time to start the Project Leader elections but...
With last year in mind, and the election process running over the holiday
season, I would like to postpone the process until the second week in
January.

	So, I will call for nominations January 9th unless there is a formal
objection.  If anyone thinks this is completely wrong, please object and I
will start the General Resolution process to decide the will of the
Project.

	Formal objection is defined as absolutely against the idea and is
signified by sending a pgp signed email to me at secretary@debian.org.
